The SAF series helical worm gearbox is one of the 4 series of helical gear reducers. We use high-rigidity cast iron as the material of its housing, which has a large bearing capacity. Its internal hard tooth surface gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, the surface is carburized and quenched, and hardened, the tooth surface hardness is as high as 58-62hrc, and the tooth surface grinding accuracy is as high as 56. The worm gear part is made of wear-resistant high-quality copper, with fine grinding teeth, smooth transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low-temperature rise, and long service life.From the box body to the internal gear, adopts a completely modular structure design on the SAF series helical worm gearbox, which is suitable for mass production and flexible selection.
