The Bonvario BL63 Worm Gearbox is a high-quality product designed to provide maximum reliability and strength, ensuring an extended lifespan. The thread grinding is done using the ZI type, improving the contact between gear surfaces and enhancing gearbox performance. This design also reduces operational noise. The worm wheel is made of G20 cast iron with an AS1 bronze rim casting. The gearbox housing and flange are made of aluminum alloy, with a maximum size of 90. All sizes of the BL series gearbox come with universal mounting options. The gearboxes below size 90 use ISO VG 320 grade synthetic oil, which requires almost no maintenance and does not need oil changes within its lifespan. Gearboxes of size 63 and above are equipped with two taper roller bearings on the worm shaft to withstand axial thrust resistance caused by the worm.
