WPEA Series Double Stage Worm Gearboxes

The WPEA series worm gearboxes are widely used in chemical plants, mechanical equipment, and engineering institutions due to their compact structure, high efficiency (deceleration), accurate and reliable transmission movement, maintenance, and use. Many reducers can generally be divided into gears (cylindrical gears, bevel gears) and worm gears.According to the number of stages of the reducer, it is divided into single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage reducers. There are also vertical and horizontal points. The reducer mainly comprises gears (or worm gears), shafts, bearings, boxes, etc. The gears (or worm gears), shafts, bearings, etc., are supported by gears (or worm gears).

Choice of Lubricant

Before operating the worm gear speed reducer, add N220 ~ N320（Ambient temperature-30°℃~40°℃）, N320~N460（Ambient temperature 40°C~65C）lubrication oil up to the center line of the oil gauge. In the meanwhile, remove the small screw of the air vent.
