Inspection Work Before Using Worm Gearboxes

1. Check the weight, type, power, speed ratio and shaft direction of the worm gear reducer itself.2. Check the oil injection inside the worm gear reducer to ensure that the oil quantity is more than half of the meter.3. The installation site needs to be well ventilated, and the temperature is within the environment of 0-40 degrees Celsius.4. When using couplings for connection, make sure that the two shafts are equal and aligned, and fix the mounting feet of the worm gear reducer.
