The basic structure of a worm gear reducer is mainly composed of transmission parts, worm gear, shaft, bearing, box, and accessories. It can be divided into three essential structural parts: box, worm gear, and worm, bearing, and shaft combination. The box is the base of all the accessories in the worm gear reducer. It is an essential accessory to support and fix the shafting parts, ensure the correct relative position of the transmission accessories, and support the load acting on the reducer. The worm gear is mainly used to transfer motion and power between two staggered shafts, and bearings and shafts are used primarily to share control and operation and improve efficiency.

Precautions for Use

(1) Before use, attention should be paid to whether the reducer type structure, center distance specifications, transmission ratio, input shaft connection mode, output shaft structure, input shaft output shaft pointing, and rotation direction meets the requirements.(2) Fill in the suitable type and grade of a lubricating oil according to the requirements specified in "Selection of Lubricating Oil Use" on the sample. After refueling, tighten the aerator of the item part and pull out the small cone plug on the aerator before the reducer can start to operate. Must choose the appropriate brand of embellishment(3) Oil must control the appropriate amount of refueling according to the requirements of a timely oil change, especially paying attention to the first use of 100 hours after replacing new oil.(4) If any abnormal situation occurs during the use, it should be stopped for inspection in time and can be handled by referring to the table of "Fault Causes and Solutions." (The maximum oil temperature of the reducer is allowed to reach 95℃. Under this temperature limit, as long as the oil temperature does not rise, it can be used safely).
