Accessories and Functions of Worm Gear Reducer:

Shell: aluminum alloy (seat:025-090) cast iron (seat:110-250);Worm: 20Cr steel. Carbon nitrogen co-treatment (after fine grinding, the hardness of the tooth surface remains HRC60, and the hardness thickness is greater than 0.5mm);Worm gear: Specially equipped with resistant nickel bronze;Oil cap/ventilator: mainly used to discharge the gas in the turbo worm reducer;End cover: divided into large end cover and small end cover. The end cap is the axial position of the fixed shafting component and bears the axial load. Both ends of the bearing seat holes are sealed with bearing covers.Oil seal: mainly used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil inside the chassis and improve the service time of lubricating oil;Oil drain plug: mainly used for replacing lubricating oil and cleaning agent;Oil mark cap/oil mark: It is mainly used to observe whether the internal oil quantity of the turbo worm reducer is up to standard.

Choice of Lubricant

Before operating the worm gear speed reducer, add N220 ~ N320（Ambient temperature-30°℃~40°℃）, N320~N460（Ambient temperature 40°C~65C）lubrication oil up to the center line of the oil gauge. In the meanwhile, remove the small screw of the air vent. After having worked for 100 hours for the first time, you must clear the inside and change the lubrication oil in it, hre after once every 2500 hours.
