▍Application

A spare part for the header of the John Deere combine.

▍Destination

The knife beam is designed to transmit oscillatory motion from the fork shaft to the head of the header knife. This spare part is used for replacing a worn out or damaged part during repairs.

▍Properties

The beam is made of cast iron by means of moulding molten metal. On the one side of the beam there is an opening with splines for mounting the beam on the wobble box, and on the opposite side there are fixing holes for the head of the beam.
