50kN Screw lift jack with manual lifting Features:

Cubic housing, load capacity 50 kN, self locking trapezoidal screw diameter 40mm, pitch 7mm, upright mount, translating screw type, stroke 500mm, ratio 7:1 (one rpm input travel length 1mm), threads end attaches rod end bearing, double input shafts, attached protect pipe, and hand wheels diameter 300 mm.
When to use manual screw jack?
In case of power failure, screw jacks can be moved manually via a handwheel. To do this, one input shaft shall be available on the screw jack for connection of the handwheel. If a brake motor is used, the brake shall be un-clamped firstly, so to allow for movement. Acme screw jack since ball screw jack is not self-locking and hand wheels do not include a brake.
