Feature of Cycloidal Gearbox

1. A 180 ° double eccentric sleeve of cycloidal reduction gear box is misplaced on the input shaft, and two roller bearings called rocker arm are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H-shape. The two cycloidal gear center holes are eccentrically sleeved on the rocker arm bearing raceway, and are meshed by a group of circular alignment pins of cycloidal gear and pin gear to form tooth difference, For the internal gear box, it is a mechanism (in order to reduce friction, the needle and needle teeth are on the gear set in the small ratio gear box).
2. The cycloidal reducer can achieve a high reduction ratio of 1:87 and an efficient single-stage gearbox of more than 90%. If multi-stage transmission is used, the reduction ratio is greater.
3. The reduction ratio of the first stage transmission is 9~87 for the cycloidal reducer, and the reduction ratio of the second stage transmission is 121~5133. The multi-stage combination can reach tens of thousands, and the sleeve of the gear meshing system has rolling friction, and there is no relative sliding on the meshing surface. Therefore, the efficiency of the first stage reduction is as high as 94%.
4. The cycloidal reduction gearbox is compact in size. Due to the principle of planetary transmission, the input shaft and output shaft are located on the same axis, so its size should be as small as possible. How to conduct daily inspection on the reducer?

1. Inspection of reducer bearingIf you want to check the condition of the reducer bearing, you can clean it with heated mineral oil until the inner race is rotated gently by hand without clamping in any direction. The clearance of the cleaned bearing is checked with a feeler gauge.
2. Inspection of reducer gearThe gear of the reducer shall not be broken, nor shall the tooth surface be cracked or peeled, which is the most critical point for daily inspection of the reducer.
3. About the soul of the reducer - shaft inspectionThe ovality and taper on the shaft diameter of the reducer shaft shall not be greater than 0.015-0.025mm. The surface roughness of all matching dimensions of the shaft must meet the requirements of the drawing. If the deviation is 0.02mm, it can be reused. If the deviation is more than 0.02mm, it can only be used after repair.

The shaft width of the reducer can be reused if it does not exceed 0.04mm of the limit size. The shaft exceeding the limit size needs to be replaced immediately to avoid greater wear.
