The CM320B model is a true oil-free screw air compressor. There is not a trace of lubricating oil in the main engine. It does not require jacket cooling oil for the main engine. Pure water is used to clean acid and alkaline substances in compressed air, making it more pure and clean.
All pipes of the CM320B model are made of 304, 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials. With the application of equal-speed direct connection technology between the motor and the main engine, the highest rotation speed of the main engine does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This leads to a longer service life of the bearings and rotors.
The CM320B model adopts direct water spray cooling rotor and cavity, achieving higher isothermal compression efficiency. By using dual compression cavity technology, a rotor with two compression cavities surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption losses.
The everyday maintenance of the CM320B model only requires the replacement of air and water filters, leading to lower maintenance costs.


Oil-free screw air compressors use a pair of primary screws, namely the pneumatic screw and the rotary screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually enlarges, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, hence a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. Meanwhile, to ensure air quality, compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
