Our CM37B(F) Oil-free Screw Air Compressor is truly oil-free. Unlike traditional air compressors, it doesn't require any lubrication oil for the host machine. This feature allows the compressor to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air with pure water, ensuring the production of more pure and clean air.
All pipelines of our compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials, which guarantees a longer lifespan. The use of equal-speed direct drive technology between the motor and the host machine ensures the maximum rotation speed doesn't exceed 2980 rpm/min, resulting in a longer service life for the bearings and rotors.


Our compressor adopts direct water spray cooling technology for the rotor and the cavity, which makes the isothermal compression efficiency higher. The dual compression cavity technology means one rotor has two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling, and reducing energy consumption loss.
Our CM37B(F) Oil-free Screw Air Compressor requires minimal maintenance. Regular maintenance only involves replacing the air filter and water filter elements, resulting in lower maintenance cost.

The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber via the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
