The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws - the pressure screw and the rotating screw - to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made from high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. The helical shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them during the inhalation process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the inhalation port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This compression increases the pressure of the air. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. The air heats up during the compression process and requires a cooling system to lower the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air must also be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
