Profile of Cylindrical Reducer Gearbox

Cylindrical gear reducer is an external gear transmission device with a parallel shaft structure. It mainly has the following characteristics

1. The gear is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC58~62. The gear is highly grinded and has good contact

Scope of application

This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, hoisting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing pharmaceutical and other fieldsThe applicable conditions of this series of reducer are as follows. If the following conditions are not met, please ask for technical advicea) High speed shaft speed is not more than 1500 rpmb) The peripheral speed of gear transmission shall not be greater than 20m/s;c) The working ambient temperature is - 40~+45 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil shall be heated before startup (the power distribution heater shall also be usedd) It can operate in both directions (only one-way operation is allowed when the backstop is configured)

Lubrication of reducer

a) The reducer is generally lubricated by oil pool and cooled naturally. When the working balance temperature of the reducer exceeds 90 ℃, or the bearing power exceeds the thermal power PG1, circulating oil lubrication or oil pool lubrication with cooling pipe can be used. When the reducer is restarted after continuous shutdown for more than 24h, the gear and bearing shall be lubricated normally before running with load. The reducer lubricating oil shall be LCKD220 and LCKD320 in GB/T5903 standardb) BearingSplash lubrication is generally adopted, and the quality of lubricating oil is the same as that of gear oil

 Installation, Use and Maintenance

a) InstallationThe input shaft axis and output shaft axis of the reducer shall be coaxial with the axis of the connecting part, and the error shall not exceed the allowable value of the coupling usedDue to the use of hard choke tooth surface, the reduction of center distance causes the reduction of input shaft journal, which is often thinner than the matching motor shaft. When the hydraulic coupler is used for transmission, the installation error causes two different shafts to be connected, which may cause excessive additional stress on the dangerous face section of the thinner input shaft and break the shaft. For this reason, it is recommended that the user install the hydraulic coupler at the motor shaft end and install it. After installation, the box must be filled with lubricating oil, and the oil level should reach the specified height (the centerline of the oil pointer).b) UsingBefore the reducer is put into use, it must be rotated by hand flexibly without jamming, and then it shall be rotated far with no load for at least 2 hours. The operation shall be stable without shock, vibration, noise, oil leakage and other phenomena, and any fault found shall be eliminated in time.c) MaintenanceThe lubricating oil injected for the first time shall be replaced after 300-600 hours of operation. After that, it shall be replaced every 3000-5000 hours of operation, and the maximum replacement time shall not exceed 18 months. In case of sudden rise of oil temperature and abnormal noise during operation, stop immediately for inspection. Put into operation again after correct troubleshooting
