SIMPLE INTRODUCTION OF THE PUMP BODY WORK

The direct current motor(10)continuously rotates the eccentric convex wheel (5) and the pressure ring (6). This kind of eccentric wheel influence the suction and pressure stroke of the piston （7)， The check valve(8)  in the pump core prevents the delivery medium from being sucked out of the line.Churn-dasher(2) Through the filter (4) push the lubricating agent out of the oil storage drum（1) The filter screen reduces the air bubble inthe aluminum base(3). The volume of lubricating agent remaining in the oil storage drum（1) can be detected by direct inspection through the scraper mounted on the stirring (2). Safety valve(9) is preset to 300 bar.

RDF-EALP-G GREASE LOW LEVEL  ALARM

In addition to the standard configuration, a low liquid level alarm device can be optionally configured according to demand. In order to achieve the alarm effect, a capacitive proximity switch is set inside the oil barrel. When the oil level is sufficient, the pump works normally; when the oil level is in the low liquid level range, the pump stops working, and the display shows ERO. At this time, the pump needs to be filled with oil (the minimum oil filling amount is not less than the top of the sensor), and then the forced start button is pressed. The pump continues to run at the last stop time. The proximity switch can also be connected to an external control unit or PLC. After the connection, the pump will stop working at a low liquid level and oil needs to be added in time. If the lubrication pump does not have a low-level alarm device, sufficient grease should be added in advance before the power is turned on to avoid false alarms.
