Roller Chains with Vulcanised Elastomer Profiles

Vulcanised elastomer profiles are a popular choice for roller chains in the transport of delicate goods. They prevent scratching and damage to the products during transport. There are a range of standard and customised elastomer profiles available. For delicate goods, we recommend the ELITE type, which is made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with an 80 Shore A hardness. This material offers the best balance of abrasion resistance, cohesive friction, and durability.ELITE chains have a unique profile with a high contact ratio. The plates are shot-blasted and tapered for maximum strength. The rollers are seamless and of regular wall thickness. The NBR profile is 80 Shore A hard and offers excellent wear resistance.
