Installation

1. Connect the input shaft directly to the motor using a flexible coupling.
2. Connect the output shaft to the machine, preferably using a gear coupling.
3. Install the gearbox on a stable foundation, considering good ventilation and convenient oil filling/drainage.
4. Align the input shaft of the gearbox with the motor shaft, ensuring tolerances are met.
5. After installation, manually check the smooth operation of the input shaft and ensure the nut rotates smoothly.
6. Perform a no-load test run before starting the gearbox. If any abnormalities are detected, they should be rectified immediately.

Lubrication and Maintenance

1. At the beginning of operation, replace the gearbox after 300 hours, and then every 2500 hours.
2. Regularly check and change the oil. Use the same specifications of oil and avoid mixing with oils of other brands.
3. Prior to oil change, clean and drain the gearbox internals, and then add new oil.
4. If the temperature exceeds 80??C or any abnormal noise occurs during operation, immediately shut down the gearbox for inspection and only resume operation after addressing the issue.
5. Regular maintenance is necessary. If any wear is found, corrective measures should be taken. The replacement parts should have the same precision as the original standards and should undergo a no-load test run in advance.
