Installation Steps
Connect the input shaft directly to the motor using a flexible coupling.
Connect the output shaft to the machine, preferably using a gear coupling.
Install the gearbox on a stable foundation, considering good ventilation and convenient oil filling/drainage.
Ensure alignment between the input shaft and the motor shaft, with tolerances in accordance.
After installation, manually check the smooth operation of the input shaft and the tightening of nuts.
Perform a no-load test run before starting the gearbox, and address any abnormalities immediately.
Lubrication and Maintenance
Replace the gearbox after 300 hours of operation, and subsequently every 2500 hours. Regularly inspect and change the oil.
Use oil of the same specifications when replacing, and avoid mixing with oils from other brands.
Prior to oil replacement, flush the gearbox interior and ensure complete drainage before adding new oil.
If the temperature exceeds 80??C or any abnormal noise is detected during operation, immediately shut down the gearbox for inspection. Only resume operation after resolving the issue.
Regular maintenance is required. If any wear is found, corrective measures should be taken. The replacement parts must meet the original standards and undergo a no-load test run in advance.
