1. The bk high-power gear reducer adopts a general design scheme, which can be transformed into an industry-specific non-standagearboxbox according to customer needs.
2. Reality ze parallel axis, orthogonal axiand s, vertical and horizontal universal box, reduce the types of parts, and increase the specifications and models.
3. High power gear reducer adopts sound absorbing box structure, large box surface area, and advanced gear grinding technology for large fan, cylindrical gear, and spiral bevel gear, which can improve the temperature rise, noise reduction, operation reliability and transmission power of the whole machine.
4. Input mode: motor connecting flange and shaft input.
5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat kea y, a hollow shaft connected by expansion Plate, a hollow shaft connected by spline, a solid shaft connected by spline, and a solid shaft connected by the flange.
6. Installation mode of reducer: horizontal type, vertical type, swing base type, and torsion arm type.
7. bk series products have 3~26 specifications, reduction drive stages have 1~4 grades, and speed ratio is 1.25~450; It is combined with R, K, S series reduction motors of our factory to obtain greater speed ratio.

Gearbox in Bucket Elevator 

Chain bucket elevator is used to vertically lift powder, granular materials and small pieces of materials, and grind small pieces of materials, such as coal, cement, stone, sand, clay, ore, etc. Or other dry mortar for construction, chemical and food industries.Bucket elevators are used to transport large quantities of bulk materials vertically to different heights without generating dust, and then dump them. The height to be overcome usually exceeds 200 meters. The weight to move is enormous.The bearing element in bucket elevator is the center or double chain strand, chain link chain or belt connecting the bucket. The drive is in the upper station.The characteristics of the drives specified for these applications are similar to those of the jerk belt conveyors. Bucket elevators require relatively high input power.Due to the high starting power, the driving device must be soft started, which is realized through the fluid coupling in the transmission system.Bevel and helical gear units are commonly used as single or double drives on base frames or oscillating bases.

1. Axial fanHigh performance axial fan is directly installed on the drive shaft to provide high cooling power and heat reserve.
2. Base frame/motor rocker armAll mechanical and electrical components are mounted on the motor rocker arm or motor frame, which simplifies the installation of the drive train.
3. Hydraulic fluid couplingThe hydraulic coupler allows the belt to start slowly, preventing excessive tension on the belt and high torque in the gear unit. In addition, it reduces the starting current.
4. Backward stopThe back stop prevents backflow of the inclined conveyor belt. All rear stops are mounted externally and can be replaced without removing the gear unit. The rear stop is also lubricated with gear oil.
