The Blueline PTO Shaft is a powerful and reliable tool with the following key features:

• Universal joint size: Both profile A and B measure 27 x 74.6 mm.
• Size: The shaft is of the F23 series.
• Lz (mm): The overall length of the shaft is 860 mm.
• Torque (Nm): The shaft can handle a torque of 1500 Nm.
• Connection: It uses a friction disc clutch for connection.

Overload Clutch

The overload clutch plays a critical role in protecting the PTO shaft and related equipment in the event of abnormal load or overload. It helps by:

• Protecting the transmission system: It acts as a safeguard for the transmission system, relieving torque transmission to prevent damage to transmission components under abnormal load or overload.

Adjusting the Length of the PTO Shaft

2. Shorten the inner and outer tubes according to the required length.
3. Remove burrs with a file.
4. Shorten the inner and outer plastic tubes according to the required length.
5. Oil the inner steel tube, then reinstall the PTO shaft plastic protective cover.
