Our Micro-Oil Air Compressor takes on an inventive no-shaft-seal design. This unique design ensures the compressor operates effectively without the need for lubrication, thereby extending the lifespan of the shaft seal infinitely.

Our compressor utilizes the world's largest screw design and twin pressure chamber principal machine. This design ensures 12 compressions for every six spiral chambers, achieving a volumetric efficiency of over 95%, making it a truly energy-saving compressor.

Our compressor is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 55 degrees. The continuous working temperature does not exceed 92 degrees.
Our high-performance principal machine only requires a small amount of air compressor oil for effective sealing. The produced gas oil content is less than 2ppm.
Our Micro-Oil Air Compressor boasts a patented ultra-quiet intake system design. This design minimizes noise during operation, promoting a more peaceful working environment.
We use high-quality safety valves and minimum pressure valves in our compressors. These components enhance the efficiency and safety of our machines.
Our compressors are equipped with precision temperature sensors. These sensors accurately measure and control the temperature inside the compressor, enhancing its performance and longevity.
Our compressors utilize ultra-quiet centrifugal fans. These fans effectively cool down the compressor, ensuring optimal performance even under high-load conditions.
We integrate Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valves in our compressors. These valves contribute to the efficient and effective control of the compression process.
We use our patented control valve in our compressors. This valve provides superior control and efficiency.
Our compressors feature a high-quality touch screen control system. This system enhances the usability and control of the compressor.

The Micro-Oil Air Compressor employs a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
Many areas in the textile industry use oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air.
Various glass bottles rely on low-pressure screw compressed air for shaping, saving energy and achieving perfect shapes.

Certain processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air.
During cement transportation, compressed air can both accomplish transportation and prevent cement dust from flying around.

Our company's full range of products has passed German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic enterprise to use water for internal cooling and lubrication in high-end screw compressor manufacturing and have taken the lead globally in launching the second-level compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of up to 4.0MPa. Subsequently, we also developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
