Our CMN15A Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressor features a shaftless design that is both robust and durable. It can operate without any lubrication, a feature that is unheard of in the compressor market. This unique design eliminates the need for regular seal replacement, extending the seal's lifespan indefinitely.
The CMN15A is designed with the world's largest screw design and a dual-pressure chamber mainframe. With a volumetric efficiency of over 95%, it's a true energy-saving compressor.
Our compressor can operate in a wide range of harsh environmental conditions, with operating temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius.
Our high-efficiency mainframe requires only a small amount of compressor oil for sealing, resulting in an air output with an oil content of less than 2ppm.
Our patented ultra-quiet intake system design makes our compressor one of the quietest on the market.
The CMN15A boasts high-quality safety valves and a minimum pressure valve, ensuring reliability and safety during operation.
Our precision temperature sensor ensures the compressor operates within optimal temperature ranges, extending the life of the machine.
The ultra-quiet centrifugal fan ensures efficient airflow and cooling while keeping noise levels to a minimum.
The Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valve guarantees reliable performance and durability.
Our patented control valve provides superior control and efficiency, setting us apart from our competitors.
Our high-quality touch screen control system allows for easy operation and monitoring of the compressor.
Our CMN15A Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the compressed air screw, and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. In the intake process, the helical shape of the compressed air screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to shrink gradually.
This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed to the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
Many places in the textile industry use oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air.
Low-pressure screw compressed air is used in various glass bottle manufacturing processes, saving energy and ensuring perfect shapes.
Some processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air.
In the process of cement conveyance, compressed air can complete the conveyance without causing cement to fly.

We are a high-end screw compressor manufacturing enterprise and the first in the industry to use water for internal cooling and lubrication in compressors. Our full range of products has passed Germany's TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We have also pioneered the launch of the second-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor, with a pressure reaching up to 4.0MPa. Further, we have developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
