All our pipelines are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. We use equal-speed direct connection technology for the motor and the mainframe, ensuring that the maximum rotational speed of the mainframe does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This lengthens the lifespan of the bearings and the rotor.
We adopt direct water spray cooling of the rotor and the cavity for higher isothermal compression efficiency. We also employ dual compression cavity technology, with one rotor and two compression cavities, exceeding two-stage compression without the need for intermediary cooling to reduce power loss.

Our oil-free screw air compressor utilizes a pair of main screws - the pressure screw and the rotating screw - to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually enlarges, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually reduce. This reduction gradually increases the compressed ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air.
