The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the air intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them.
