Our unique patented control valve provides excellent control over the compressor's operation, ensuring optimal performance.Our Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise spiral shapes that form a sealed working chamber in between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber expands, drawing in external air. The rotation then decreases the chamber's size, compressing the air and increasing its pressure. This compressed air is then pushed to the machine's outlet. The compression process generates heat, necessitating a cooling system to lower the temperature. The compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
