EPF Series Parallel Shaft Helical Gearbox

EPF series helical gearbox is a parallel shaft helical gearbox, and its input shaft and output shaft are parallel. EPF series parallel shaft helical gearbox has the advantages of compact structure, large transmission torque, stable operation, low noise, and long service life. The basic two-stage input and output rotate in the same direction, while the third stage rotates in the opposite direction. It can be used in combination with EPR series helical gearbox. The average efficiency is 96% for the basic two-stage, 94% for three stages, and 85% for the EPF Series and EPR Series combination.

EPF series helical gearbox housing is made of HT250 high-strength cast iron with a shot-shaped inner cavity, which effectively reduces the wear of parts, dissipates heat quickly, and increases the bearing capacity of the thickened box.The gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, processed by imported gear grinding machines, with high hardness, stable performance, and vacuum carburizing treatment.The gear shaft is made of high-strength bearing steel, quenched and finished, with strong bearing capacity and stable transmission.The output shaft has undergone multiple precision machining and has passed the rigorous dynamic and static balance tests to ensure that the reducer runs smoothly and has low noise.For the accessories, we use high-precision bearings with imported brand oil seal, which effectively reduces friction and leakage to ensure high efficiency and stale, reliable running.
