This allows for fast and easy soil breaking. The Disc Plough has a working width of 78 inches and a disc height of 20 inches, making it a versatile tool for different soil conditions. The notched discs, measuring 18 inches in diameter and 3mm thick, are made of 65MM alloy steel forging for better wear resistance. The Disc Plough also features 1-1/8" Square Axles and greasable square flange bearings. The solid square tube frame and 2"x3" gang tubes ensure durable construction.
The Disc Plough operates by cutting, turning and in some cases, breaking furrow slices by means of separately mounted large steel discs. Installation is straightforward, with the Disc Plough easily attaching to any skid steer, tractor, or loader with a universal skid steer mount. For maintenance, regular greasing of the square flange bearings is recommended to ensure optimum performance. Also, the notched discs should be checked for wear and replaced when necessary.
