Ringlock Scaffolding Standards for Building Construction

Ringlock Scaffolding is assembled using integral wedge connectors in a ‘ring’ like formation.Ringlock scaffolding standard has rosettes at an interval of 0.5m. This convenient ringlock easily pairs with horizontal and diagonal braces to form a complete ringlock system and offer vertical support within the system. The surface has been hot dip galvanized for better corrosion resistance.Ringlock Standards, as the central part of ringlock scaffolding, are made of Q345 steel material, connected by joint pins; our ringlock standards have two out diameters, 48.3mm(M48) and 60.3mm(M60), for your choice. Lengths have 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, and so on, could meet your different height demands and have 3.0mm, 3.2mm, and 3.25mm; such thicknesses could satisfy different projects' requirements.

Ringlock Standard Material

We typically use Q235 or Q345 steel, commonly used in the industry. Q235 is much less expensive than Q345 and is a popular economical choice. The Q345 steel has a higher yield than the Q235 so that customers with higher requirements will choose the Q345.
