Installation Steps

1. Connect the input shaft directly to the motor using a flexible coupler.
2. Connect the output shaft to the machine, preferably using a gear coupling.
3. Install the gearbox on a stable foundation, considering good ventilation and convenient oil filling/drainage.
4. Align the input shaft of the reducer with the motor shaft, ensuring tolerance compliance.
5. After installation, manually check the smooth operation of the input shaft and the rotation of the nut.
6. Perform a no-load test run before operation, and immediately rectify any abnormalities.

Lubrication and Maintenance of Worm Gearbox

1. Replace the gearbox after 300 hours of operation, and then every 2500 hours. Regularly check and replace the lubricating oil.
2. Use the same specification oil for replacement, and do not mix with oil of other brands.
3. Prior to oil replacement, clean and drain the gearbox internally, and then refill with new oil.
4. If the temperature exceeds 80??C or any abnormal noise occurs during operation, immediately stop the gearbox and perform an inspection before resuming operation.
5. Regular maintenance is required, and corrective measures should be taken if any wear is found. Replacement parts should have the same precision as the original standard and undergo a no-load test run in advance.
