1. Cycloidal pin gear reducer is applicable to 24-hour continuous working system and allows forward and reverse operation.
2. The output shaft steering of single-stage cycloidal reducer is opposite to the input shaft steering, and the output shaft steering of two-stage reducer is the same as the input shaft steering.
3. The reducer has no self-locking effect.
4. The output shaft of the reducer cannot bear axial force.
5. Overload protection device shall be installed in the application occasions where overload may occur.
6. The foot plate type horizontal cycloidal pin wheel reducer shall be installed on a very solid horizontal foundation without vibration. When the installation must be inclined, the inclination of the reducer axis shall not be greater than ± 15 °.
7. When the flange type is installed vertically, the output shaft is vertically downward.
8. If special installation forms other than foot plate horizontal installation and flange vertical installation are required, corresponding lubrication and sealing measures must be taken to ensure adequate lubrication of the reducer and prevent oil leakage.
9. The installation angle of the cycloidal pin gear reducer lubricated with grease is free.
10. During the installation of the reducer, cushion blocks can be used for adjustment. The cushion blocks shall not exceed three in the height direction, and wedges can also be used for adjustment. However, flat cushion blocks must be replaced after deceleration calibration.
11. In case of large impact, vibration or frequent starting, the base and foundation shall be connected with anchor bolts, and shall be reinforced with locating pins (self provided).

Assembly Steps of Cycloidal Pin Gear Reducer

1. Check whether the two cycloidal gears are a pair The cycloidal gears are manufactured in pairs, and the purchase is also a pair or a pair. The single cycloidal needle wheels of each pair cannot be replaced, and the two pieces of cycloidal gears are not separated in the production process. The concept of a pair is that the two cycloidal gears can be completely coincident (i.e., when the side with the steel seal is overlapped upward at the same time), the bearing hole, the ten holes (shaft pin hole) and the external tooth profile can be completely coincident at the same time. It looks like a piece on the front. If it can be completely overlapped, it proves that it is a pair. If it can be slightly overlapped, it indicates that it is not a pair and cannot be used. Note: The cycloidal gear has an arc There are marks on the cycloidal gears, and the marked side must face upward during installation. The marks of each pair of cycloidal pin gear reducers are also different. Each manufacturer has different positions for marking with an asterisk. The marking positions of domestic manufacturers are generally coincident (the marking positions are coincident), but there are also installation position marks. No matter where the mark is, it is only an auxiliary means to help test whether it is a pair of wheels.
2. Rotate one piece of the cycloidal gear 180 degrees, that is, when the middle bearing hole and the ten holes are completely coincident, the external tooth type is just misaligned. The heel position of the upper plate is exactly the top position of the lower plate. Note: The relative position of the two wheels must be remembered and marked with white marks Or remember the position of the original mark on the gear (this is the cycloidal gear with single tooth difference, the cycloidal gear with double tooth difference, and the cycloidal gear with double tooth difference does not need to be rotated 180 degrees).
3. Put a cycloidal gear into the needle gear housing, and turn it by hand to see if it is smooth and swinging.
4. Put in eccentric bearing. Since the bearing hole of the cycloidal pin gear reducer is equivalent to the outer sleeve of the eccentric bearing, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the lower cycloidal gear exactly contains the cylindrical ball of the eccentric bearing.
5. Put in the spacer ring, which is a smaller iron ring than the cycloid wheel.
6. Put another cycloidal wheel, which is the most important. The steel seal characters of this cycloidal gear and that of the cycloidal gear at the bottom must be facing up, and the steel seal characters of the upper and lower cycloidal gears must be staggered by 180 degrees, and in a straight line, rather than overlapping the characters of the upper and lower cycloidal gears!
