Our Micro Oil Air Compressor utilizes a unique shaft seal-free design. This innovative design eliminates the need for regular replacement of the shaft seal, extending its lifespan infinitely. This is particularly advantageous in oil-free machines, where conventional shaft seals cannot last long due to the lack of lubrication.
With the world's largest screw design and dual-pressure cavity working host, our compressor delivers superior energy efficiency. The screw rotates once in a spiral cavity, compressing twice, resulting in over 95% volumetric efficiency, truly an energy-saving compressor.

Our Micro Oil Air Compressor is designed to adapt to various harsh environments. It can operate normally in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 55 degrees, with a continuous working temperature not exceeding 92 degrees.
The high-performance host requires only a minimal amount of compressor oil to achieve excellent sealing effects, resulting in an air output with an oil content of less than 2ppm.
Our Micro Oil Air Compressor features a patented super silent air intake system, reducing noise levels during operation.
We incorporate high-quality safety valves and minimum pressure valves into our compressors, ensuring optimal operation and safety.

The precision temperature sensor provides real-time temperature monitoring, helping to prevent overheating and extend the compressor's lifespan.
The super silent centrifugal fan ensures efficient cooling while minimizing noise.
The Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valve guarantees precise pressure control and long service life.
Our unique patented control valve, exclusive to CMN, provides exceptional performance and reliability.
The high-quality touchscreen control system offers an intuitive interface and easy operation.
The Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotary screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and feature precise helical shapes. A sealed working chamber is formed between them during the intake process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing external air into the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the size of the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the proportion of compressed air, thereby increasing its pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

1. The textile industry uses oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air in many places.
2. Various types of glass bottles rely on low-pressure screw compressed air for blow molding, saving energy and achieving perfect shapes.
3. Some processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air.
4. In the process of cement transportation, compressed air can complete the transportation without causing cement dust to fly.

Our company's full range of products has passed Germany's TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We introduced the world's first two-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of 4.0MPa. We then developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
