Our micro oil air compressor utilizes a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure and rotating screws forms a sealed working chamber. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing in external air through the intake port. Once air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet.
