Our micro oil air compressor features a unique shaftless design. In the absence of any lubrication, common seals can't last long. Our innovative design ensures zero contact and wear, thus eliminating the need for regular replacement and extending the seal's life indefinitely.
With the world's largest screw design and dual pressure cavity host, our compressor provides impressive energy efficiency. A single rotation of the screw offers 12 compressions, resulting in a volumetric efficiency of over 95%.
Our micro oil air compressor can adapt to various harsh environmental conditions, operating normally in temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius, with a continuous working temperature not exceeding 92 degrees Celsius.
The high-performance host only needs a small amount of compressor oil to achieve good sealing effect, and the air production oil content is less than 2ppm.
Our compressor features a patented super silent air intake system that reduces noise levels significantly.
We use high-quality safety valves and minimum pressure valves to ensure reliable and safe operation.

Our precision temperature sensor accurately monitors and controls the operating temperature of the compressor.
The super silent centrifugal fan helps in cooling the compressor and maintaining optimal working conditions.
The Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valve ensures precise control and efficient operation.
Our patented control valve provides reliable and efficient control over the compressor's operation.

Our high-quality touch screen control system offers easy and intuitive control over the compressor's functions.
Our micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by the filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.

1. The textile industry uses oil-free and micro-oil low pressure compressed air in many places.
2. Various glass bottles rely on low-pressure screw compressed air for blow molding, which not only saves energy but also blows out perfect shapes.
3. Some processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and conveyance, require compressed air.
4. In the process of cement conveyance, compressed air can not only finish the conveyance but also prevent the cement from flying.

Our company's full range of products has passed German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We were the first globally to launch a secondary compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of up to 4.0MPa; we then developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
