Principle of Compressed Air in Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor

The micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotation screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shapes of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process and requires a cooling system to lower the temperature.
