Our micro-oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to accomplish the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to shrink gradually. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby raising its pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, requiring a cooling system to lower the temperature. Simultaneously, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to pass through a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
