The machine's shark teeth are made from alloy carbide steel, while the cup teeth are wear-resistant edge (alloy carbide). The Soil Trencher Machine works by utilizing three hydraulic hoses and an in-built large scraper shoe with springs. The ?" hydraulic hoses (In and Out) and the case drain line (3rd hose) release motor pressure, while the scraper shoe maintains loose soil that is clawed back to the chain to discharge and keep the trenched area clean. Installation of the machine is straightforward with the inclusion of flat-faced couplers. Maintenance involves regular checks on hydraulic flows and tension adjustments of the chain.
