MYD Series 40KW Induction Heating Equipment for Preheating Steel Plates
40KW induction heating equipment is designed for heating treatment with temperatures ≤700℃. The induction heater is air cooling with PID & PLC control. Can set the preheating time, preheating speed, soaking temperature, soaking time, cooling temperature, and cooling speed. 40KW induction heating equipment can be used for weld preheating and post-welding heat treatment. The using fields involve pipeline construction, bridge construction, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, and offshore platform construction, anti-corrosion of heat-shrinkable pipe, motor manufacturing and maintenance, shaft sleeve removal, etc.Compared with the ceramic pads heating system, this induction heating system is the metal in the magnetic field heating itself. Which is direct heating with 3-8 times Rapider and 20-80% energy saving than the ceramic heating pads.
