RX Series Single Stage Helical Gearbox with Foot Mounted

RX series helical gearbox is one type of R series single-stage helical gearbox with foot mounted. The transmission ratio of the R series helical gearbox is finely graded to meet different working conditions based on the customer’s need. R series helical gearbox realizes mechatronics, high transmission efficiency, and low energy consumption. It is mostly used in metallurgy, sewage treatment, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, and other industries. RX Series Single Stage Helical Gearbox Design:

We use reinforced cast iron HT250 as material of housing, which has high density, high strength, and not easy to crack. The process of the housing is completed in our imported machining center. The gears material of helical gearbox is high-strength 20CrMnTi, the surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the gears are all optimized, ensuring low noise, low vibration, and high bearing capacity. Our bearings are from well-known brands such as SKF, C&U, HRB, etc. Oil seals are from brand SKF, NAK, KSK. The shafts are made of 40Cr, which has been under multi-precision machining, through rigorous dynamic and static balance test, to ensure low noise and smooth operation of the gearbox. Each helical gearbox is cleaned with diesel oil, powered on after painting, and pressurized to 2.5KG with a leak tester to ensure that there is no oil leakage, and then tested whether the noise level is qualified by decibel meter.
