2. When installing the motor and vee belt drive, ensure the belt pull is at approximately 90° tothe center line between output and input shafts. This permits tensioning of the vee belt drive with the torque arm, which should preferably be in tension. The torque arm should be positioned to the right if the output hub runs anticlockwise.
3. When installing the torque arm, ensure it is mounted on a rigid support, and the torque arm will be at approximately right angles to the center line through the output shaft and the torque arm case bolt. Make sure there is the sufficient thread in the turnbuckle for belt tension adjustment.
Note: Below 15rpm output speed, the oil level must be adjusted to reach the highest oil level plug.Address
