Our chains are made from 304 and 316L materials, which are highly resistant to strong acids and corrosion, as well as 310S, which is resistant to ultra-high temperatures.
In addition, our chains have small clearances and high tightness, ensuring optimal performance. Our biggest advantage is the superior quality of our chain plates. When the plates are heat-treated, pressure is used to control deformation or eliminate internal stress during the cooling process, ensuring the size accuracy and mechanical performance of the chains. The surface of the chains is processed with high pressure to increase their durability. The thickness of the chain plates is even, and the bright band formed by punching them twice ensures that the small pipes and pins fit tightly together. All of the holes are in the center of the chain plates, without any deviation. Finally, our chain plates are extremely flat.
