Top Roller Conveyor Chain (TOP Roller Chain)

• A free flow chain using an RS Chain base with a raised link plate with freely rotating top rollers attached.
• The width of the chain itself is smaller than other free flow chains. The top rollers are supported by plates on both sides, making the chain ideal for rugged free flow conveyors.
• We have a lineup of Standard specifications, Lambda (lube-free) specifications, and SS (stainless steel) specifications.

Top Roller Conveyor Chain is based on ANSI roller chain and double-pitch roller chain. Extra roller is mounted on top of the chain pitch line to convey materials directly on them. Materials can be loaded, taken off, or temporarily stopped while the chain is in continuous operation. Customers can specify spacing of the top roller.The top roller can also be made of plastic

• Chain can be run continuously while conveyed items on top of the conveyor can be accumulated temporarily with a stopper.
• Conveying and stopping can be performed simultaneously on top of the same chain.
