The compressor is energy-efficient, thanks to the largest screw design in the world and a dual-pressure cavity host. The screw turns a circle, a spiral cavity compresses twice, with six spiral cavities compressing 12 times, achieving a volumetric efficiency of over 95%.
Our Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made from high-strength alloy steel with a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. 

Our company's full range of products has passed Germany's TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We're the first in the industry to use water for internal cooling and lubrication in high-end screw compressors. We also pioneered the second-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor, with a pressure of up to 4.0MPa. We then developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
