The Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the air's compression ratio, thereby increasing the air's pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process and therefore requires a cooling system to lower the temperature. Simultaneously, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to pass through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
