The micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. The rotation of the screws gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine.
