How Micro Oil Air Compressors Work

Micro oil air compressors use a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shapes of the pressure screw and rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing external air into the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the size of the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure.
