The micro-oil screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, i.e., the pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made from high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes that form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the chamber expands, drawing in outside air. The chamber then gradually decreases in size as the screws continue to rotate, increasing the compression ratio and pressure of the air. This compressed air is then directed towards the machine's outlet. The heat generated during compression is managed by the cooling system, and any potential contaminants or particles are removed by the filtration system.
