Our micro oil air compressor uses a pair of primary screws??the pressure screw and the rotating screw??to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually decreases the chamber, thereby compressing the air and increasing its pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and directed towards the machine's outlet. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is required to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
