The CMN90D Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor features a revolutionary seal-less design. This eliminates the need for frequent seal replacements as there's no wear and tear. It ensures long-lasting durability, even under conditions where there's no oil for lubrication.
Our compressor boasts the largest screw design and dual-pressure chamber host in the world. With every rotation of the screw, the spiral chamber compresses twice, leading to a volumetric efficiency of over 95%. This makes our compressor a true energy-saving machine.
The compressor can withstand harsh environmental conditions, operating normally in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 55 degrees. The continuous working temperature does not exceed 92 degrees.
Our efficient host needs only a small amount of compressor oil to achieve excellent sealing. The resulting air contains less than 2ppm of oil.
Our patented ultra-quiet air intake system ensures noiseless operation, improving the user experience significantly.
The safety and minimum pressure valves are of superior quality, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
The precision temperature sensor accurately monitors and controls the temperature, enhancing the compressor's lifespan.
The ultra-quiet centrifugal fan ensures efficient cooling while maintaining a low noise level.
The Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valve guarantees precise and reliable control.
Our patented control valve provides superior performance and reliability.

The high-quality touchscreen control system offers user-friendly operation and precise control.

The CMN90D Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor utilizes a pair of main screws - the pressure screw and the rotating screw - to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have an accurate spiral shape. The spiral shape forms a sealed working chamber between them during the intake process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter through the intake port. The rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber, which gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, compressed air needs to pass through a filtering system for cleaning, removing potential pollutants and particles.

The Micro Oil Air Compressor is utilized in several industries. In the textile industry, oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air is used in many places. Various types of glass bottles rely on low-pressure screw compressed air for blow molding, saving energy, and achieving perfect shapes. Certain processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air. During the cement conveyance process, compressed air can both complete the conveyance and prevent cement from flying up.
air compressor Applications">Our company's full range of products has passed Germany's TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic enterprise to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We were the first to launch the second-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor globally, with a pressure of 4.0MPa. We then developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
