The Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the suction process, the helical shapes of the pressure screw and the rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. When the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the suction port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
