Compression Air Principle of Our Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor

The Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made from high-strength alloy steel and feature precise helical shapes. In the intake process, the helical shapes of the pressure screw and the rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to gradually shrink, increasing the compression ratio of the air and thereby its pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, thus requiring a cooling system to reduce the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
