The CMN200PV Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor comes with several significant advantages including:
The no-shaft seal design ensures durability and longevity. Unlike other common shaft seals, which often require regular replacement due to a lack of lubrication, our no-shaft seal design ensures a longer lifespan by avoiding contact and wear.
With the world's largest screw design and a dual pressure chamber host, our air compressor operates efficiently, with a volumetric efficiency of over 95%. This makes it a truly energy-saving air compressor.

The CMN200PV Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor is built to operate under a wide range of harsh environmental conditions, from -20 degrees to 55 degrees Celsius, without exceeding a continuous operating temperature of 92 degrees Celsius.
Our efficient main engine requires only a small amount of compressor oil for effective sealing, resulting in an oil content of less than 2ppm in the produced air.
Our Micro Oil Air Compressor offers unique structural features including:

Our patented super silent intake system design minimizes noise, enhancing the user experience.
We equip our air compressor with high-quality safety and minimum pressure valves to ensure safe and efficient operation.
The precision temperature sensor accurately monitors and controls the temperature, ensuring optimal performance.
The super silent centrifugal fan ensures efficient cooling with minimal noise.
The Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valve enhances the compressor's responsiveness and reliability.
Our patented control valve, unique to CMN, offers superior control over the operation of the compressor.
The high-quality touch screen control system provides an intuitive interface for easy operation and control.
Micro Oil Air Compressor operates on the principle of screw compression, which involves a pair of screws, namely the pressure screw and rotating screw, to carry out the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. As these screws rotate, they create a sealed working chamber between them. The rotation of the screws gradually increases the compression ratio, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. The compressed air is then expelled from the machine's outlet. During this process, heat is generated and needs to be cooled down by a cooling system. In addition, the compressed air must pass through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

Micro Oil Air Compressors are widely used in various industries including:
Many places in the textile industry use oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air.
Low-pressure screw compressed air is used to blow mold glass bottles, saving energy and producing perfect shapes.
Certain processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and conveying, require compressed air.
In the process of cement conveying, compressed air can complete the conveyance without causing cement to fly around.

Our company's full range of products has passed German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We are also the first globally to introduce a second-level compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of up to 4.0MPa. Following this, we developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
